Insurances & Payment

No one likes finding out after several appointments that your insurance is not actually in network or that your policy doesn't include mental health coverage. We do our best to alleviate this stressor by verifying your mental health benefits before we even schedule your first appointment.  This helps you know what to expect before you sit down with a provider.

After much deliberation, we have decided to end our contracts with the commercial insurance companies and move towards a private pay model. This will also effect any Managed Care Medicare policies that are provided by these companies. By March of 2024, we will only be in network with straight Medicare, Essence Medicare, Railroad Medicare, and Tricare.

We do not work with EAPs or Worker's Comp. We do not submit to secondary insurances. If you have secondary insurance or an insurance that it out of network, we can provide (upon request) the information you would need for submitting a claim to your out-of-network benefits.

Private Pay

We accept a private pay option for our patients whether your insurance is out of network, you do not have insurance, or you would prefer the privacy of not submitting information to your insurance regarding your mental health care. If you would like to submit claims to your insurance for out of network benefits, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary information.


If we are out of network with your insurance, this does not determine coverage of your medications. Medication benefits are separate from mental health.

Private Pay rates are as follows. We do not offer a sliding scale. Appointment follow-up duration is determined between the provider and the patient based on therapeutic appropriateness and can between appointments.
