I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders. While my true passion is sleep disordersm, I also work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based behavioral interventions to assess each individual thoroughly, tailor treatment plans to meet their unique needs, and advocate for their well-being. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused extensively on sleep issues, with a particular interest in insomnia, clinical pharmacology, and sleep deprivation. My research has led me to conduct over 70 clinical trials, and I have co-authored the chapter Drugs That Disturb Sleep and Wakefulness in the 6th edition of Principles and Practice of Sleep Medicine. Additionally, I’ve published 18 articles on various aspects of sleep, which reflect my commitment to advancing the field.

I believe that effective treatment starts with a deep understanding of each individual’s concerns and goals, and I work closely with my patients to empower them with the tools they need to overcome challenges and improve their mental health. My ultimate goal is to help individuals not only address their issues but also enhance their overall well-being.
